Hollywood, CA – Actor/Comedian Stevie

Mack

Stevie Mack is featured on season 4 of This is Not Happening on Comedy Central. The show is hosted by Roy Wood Jr.

"Our scenes were shot at Warner Bros studio in Burbank, CA and it was the most fun I'd had at that studio! Let's face it, the last time I was at this studio was for a fitting and approval at the wardrobe department for my episode on Shameless.  They made me feel special because I had a 'drive on' , that's when you get to drive onto the studio lot and park. To the average person that may not sound like a big deal, but in Hollywood it is crazy out here and the studios are so large you'd wind up walking several miles just to get on the lot and to your sound stage. They really went all out on this show, the set was amazing, looked like a sparkling dream sequence. You're going to love what we did there, very funny content."

Stevie Mack Comedy Guru airbnb experience discovers new talent

Stevie Mack here, and yes, all the rumors are true, as the official Comedy Guru on airbnb I will help you become a Hollywood Stand Up Comedian in 1 hour, then put you on stage to perform in front of a live audience at the Stevie Mack Show with your newly developed comedy routine.

After your performance I'll critique your routine and help you tweak it for optimum results. You will also leave with an autographed copy of my book, "How to Be a Hollywood Comedian"

If you are new, I'll help you create a personalized stand-up comedy set.

If you've been performing comedy for a while I'll help you add some flavor to your set and punch up your old routine to give it that much needed boost.

Learn the difference between comic and comedian, performance vs material and the three-part joke structure in various styles of humor. I’ll share industry secrets, insider Hollywood tips, and writing techniques as we build your own comedy routine and stage presence.

Our workshop and show takes place during the monthly art walk in Leimert Park Village—the center of African American art and culture in Los Angeles. This neighborhood is home to many theaters, performance spaces, galleries, and shops. I've been producing comedy shows here since 1992.

Here's what some of my past students have to say about their life changing results from my Stevie Mack Comedy Guru experience via airbnb:

"This was an amazing experience. I was so nervous because I didn't have anything prepared. Stevie was so quick...he was able to offer several topics in just 5 mins of conversation"

~ Simonia - Atlanta, GA

"This was so much fun learning the basics of comedy with Stevie and then performing a short segment. As a first time comedian this was a very welcoming environment. The vibe at the place is awesome and the other comedians were funny as well. Amazing night out!"

~ Chris - San Francisco, CA

"Not only is Steve Mack's style dynamic, captivating, and funny, so are many of the other acts often in attendance! It's a great place to meet new friends, and in MY case, an ideal environment to learn more about how to be a great comedian! It's well worth going to- I had a great time!"

~ Jaime - Los Angeles, CA
